Mobile Home Park update

The Park is not under contract now.
This has been the second buyer to try to get a loan. Unless you have CASH, it's going to be difficult to get a loan on a property that's value is based on Cash Flow and Assets. Although the Assets do have a value, the total value exceeds what a lender will consider financing.
